V-S Mikromekaniikka Oy is a subcontracting machine shop that started operating in 1988. Our premises are located in a logistically good location in Metsämäki, Turku.
We machine precision products mainly of aluminium, plastic and stainless steel. Our customers can be found in the marine, rail, electronics and pharmaceutical industries, for example. In addition, we manufacture products for the automotive and motorcycle industries.
Since the fall of 2018, we have been part of the SOP-Metal group.
Works performed efficiently and accurately with modern CNC machine tools
Our machine base consists of three vertical machining centres. In addition, we use an aluminium saw capable to cut 40 mm sheets and a profile saw, which makes it easy to make blanks and cut long profiles in our own premises.
Our machine base is well suited for series production, but we also manufacture a lot of individual prototype parts, as well as small special series.
NOTE!
- In machining, we utilize CAM software, which allows the machining of complex parts and shapes.
- With the support of the SOP-Metal group, we are able to guarantee complete subcontracting services for many other subcontracting works as well!
- With the help of our cooperation network, we deliver parts ready for installation, e.g. with different surface treatments.
